Ingrediente
- Ingrediente blat de ciocolata: 42g unt, 25g zahar pudra, 2 galbenusuri, 47g ciocolata amaruie, 2 albusuri, 32g zahar,
- 4g faina (facultativ).
- Ingrediente blat crocant: 50g ciocolata alba, 50g ciocolata cu lapte,
- 10g unt, 25g alune pralinate, 50g porumb expandat (eu am pus fulgi de ovaz).,
- Ingrediente bavareza de alune pralinate: 167ml lapte, 30g zahar,
- 3 galbenusuri, 30g zahar, 3g gelatina, 40g alune pralinate, 167ml frisca.
- Ingrediente mousse de ciocolata amara: 10 galbenusuri, 180g apa,
- 30g glucosiu sau miere, 40g lapte praf, 400g ciocolata amaruie,
- 700g frisca.
- Am folosit reteta intreaga (deci cea expusa deasupra) doar ca am adaugat doar 500g frisca.
- Ingrediente glazura-oglinda: 350g apa, 300g smantana, 450g zahar, 150g cacao,15g gelatina.
