  • Blat cu alune: 2 galbenusuri, 1/2 ou, 75g martipan, 25g zahar pudra, 2 albusuri, 1 lingurita zahar, 50g amidon de porumb (cornstarch), 20g alune tocate, 20g unt topit
  • Crema unt: 135g unt nesarat moale, 2 galbenusuri, 1 lingura Cointreau, 80g crema (pasta) de alune
  • Alune caramel: 25g alune, 40g zahar, 1 lingura apa
  • Mousse migdale: 180ml lapte fierbinte, 3 galbenusuri, 20g zahar, 5g gelatina - se dizolva in 2 linguri apa calda, 55g crema (pasta) migdale, 90g smantana dulce pt. frisca
  • Spuma albus: 1-1/2 albus; 40g zahar; 20ml apa
  • Glazura: 175g crema(pasta) de alune, 110g smantana dulce pt. frisca, 2 g gelatina
  • Decor:alune tocate - pt. marginile tortului, alune intregi, ciocolata
